The Andes Collection: Rust-Free LHD Japanese Icons, Vintage 4x4s & Chilean Classics
Unlock unparalleled profit potential and inventory differentiation with our exclusive collection. We offer unique access to meticulously sourced, rust-free LHD Japanese icons, vintage 4x4s, and other Chilean classics. Thanks to the semi-arid Mediterranean climate of Central Chile, our vehicles are exceptionally preserved, offering the rare advantage of Japanese engineering with the convenience of Left-Hand Drive. Each unit is guaranteed to comply with the 25-year rule (up to 2001 model year) for full US legal compliance, securing your competitive edge with vehicles unavailable elsewhere.
Every vehicle undergoes a mandatory, independent 150-point digital inspection by Certifycar, Chile’s industry-leading vehicle appraisal agency. This comprehensive report covers mechanical, structural, and aesthetic conditions, including a road test. You receive the full report before any wire transfer, ensuring total peace of mind—no surprises, just facts.
✓ The Trust Factor
We operate with absolute transparency. Every mechanical detail, cosmetic flaw, and documentation requirement is verified and disclosed upfront. Our reputation is built on delivering exactly what we promise—pristine classics backed by rigorous inspection protocols.
Choose your vehicle and receive a Free Proforma Invoice with estimated export costs. For a $150 refundable fee, we generate the Export Folder: a 150-point independent inspection (Certifycar), title study, and high-res dossier. This fee is credited toward your final purchase or next scouted vehicle.
Phase 2: Payment & Legal Transfer
Timeline: 3–5 Business Days
Submit your 50% deposit via local US Domestic Wire or ACH (avoiding international SWIFT fees). We then execute the immediate title transfer to Andes JDM. We handle all Chilean legalities internally—no paperwork is required from your side.
Phase 3: Export Invoicing & Port Move
Timeline: 5–10 Business Days
We issue the formal Export Invoice (your legal title) and transport the vehicle to the customs-controlled terminal (San Antonio or Valparaíso). Our team manages the Chilean Customs (DUS) clearance and secures the earliest vessel departure.
Phase 4: Set Sail & Document Release
Timeline: 25–40 Days (Depending on destination port)
Vehicle departs for the US. Upon sailing, you will receive a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Once the 50% balance is settled, we dispatch the original document folder (B/L, Invoice, and Title) via DHL to ensure a smooth pickup at your local port.
⏱️OVERALL TIMELINE: 8 to 10 Weeks (Deposit to Port Arrival)
Note: While we expedite every internal process in Chile within 15-20 days, the final timeline is subject to maritime schedules and seasonal shipping availability. We provide tracking for every stage of the journey.
Specialty Vehicles
Our diverse inventory features Chile's finest rust-free classics, meticulously selected and export-ready to enhance your dealership's offerings and meet strong market demand.
The Andean Workhorse. The Prado became Chile's definitive 4x4 during the 90s economic boom. From mining executives to adventure families, the short-wheelbase 3-door was the nimble mountain goat, while the 5-door was the family expedition vehicle. Chilean examples are rust-free survivors of Patagonian expeditions and Atacama crossings.
The Dakar Legend. In Chile, the Montero wasn't just a 4x4—it was a statement. Inspired by Mitsubishi's Dakar Rally dominance, these became the vehicle of choice for serious off-roaders. The 3-door short-wheelbase models are exceptionally rare and command cult status among collectors.
The Indestructible Icon. Chile's most trusted pickup. From construction sites to surf trips, the Hilux defined reliability. The Hilux Surf (4Runner) became the ultimate coastal cruiser. These vehicles survived decades of Chilean abuse and still run strong—testament to Toyota's legendary engineering.
Chevrolet Trooper (1985-1992)
Origin: Japan (Badged as Chevrolet for the Chilean market)
The Underrated Adventurer. This vehicle features an Isuzu engine and is 100% Japanese. While overshadowed by Toyota and Mitsubishi, the Trooper earned respect among Chilean off-road enthusiasts. Spacious, capable, and mechanically robust, these represent exceptional value in today's classic 4x4 market.
The Desert Conqueror. Favored by mining operations and Atacama expeditions, the Patrol's bulletproof inline-six and solid axles made it the ultimate workhorse. Chilean examples are battle-tested survivors of the world's driest desert.
The Ultimate Legend. From FJ40s to 80-Series, the Land Cruiser represents the pinnacle of 4x4 engineering. In Chile, these weren't just vehicles—they were family heirlooms. Rust-free examples from Chile's dry regions are among the most sought-after classics globally.
The Cult-Classic Adventure Vans. In Chile, these weren't just commercial vehicles; they were the backbone of the burgeoning tourism industry and the ambitious family road trip. The Hiace is a monument to Japanese reliability, while the Delica 4x4 remains a turbocharged legend of the Andes. Rare in the US, these vans offer a unique "go-anywhere" practicality that only a vehicle tested on Chilean terrain can provide.
The Nomad Legends. These represent the final air-cooled generation and the gold standard of German engineering. In the 80s and 90s, owning a Westfalia in Chile was the ultimate sign of a family on the rise, heading South for the summer. Because they were often kept as prized family possessions in Chile’s dry central valleys, we can source remarkably well-preserved, rust-free examples that command premium interest in the global market.
The Lightweight Trailblazers. Compact, capable, and endlessly charming. For the generation of '79, driving a Vitara or a Feroza in 1995 was the pinnacle of "cool" (or taquilla, as we say in Chile). These lightweight legends conquered both city streets and rugged coastal trails. They are the perfect entry-level classics: mechanically simple, culturally iconic, and exceptionally fun to drive.

Citroën 2CV "Citroneta"
(1957-1982)
Origin: France (assembled in Chile)
Engine: Gasoline (0.4L, 0.6L)
The People's Chariot. In Chile, the 2CV, affectionately known as the 'Citroneta,' was a cultural phenomenon and a symbol of Chilean ingenuity. Produced in the northern port of Arica, its unique Chilean-specific model with an integrated rigid pick-up bed made it a masterclass in local adaptation.
