📋 The Sourcing Roadmap
Phase 1: Selection & Booking

Choose your vehicle and receive a Free Proforma Invoice with estimated export costs. For a $150 refundable fee, we generate the Export Folder: a 150-point independent inspection (Certifycar), title study, and high-res dossier. This fee is credited toward your final purchase or next scouted vehicle.
Phase 2: Payment & Legal Transfer
Timeline: 3–5 Business Days
Submit your 50% deposit via local US Domestic Wire or ACH (avoiding international SWIFT fees). We then execute the immediate title transfer to Andes JDM. We handle all Chilean legalities internally—no paperwork is required from your side.
Phase 3: Export Invoicing & Port Move
Timeline: 5–10 Business Days
We issue the formal Export Invoice (your legal title) and transport the vehicle to the customs-controlled terminal (San Antonio or Valparaíso). Our team manages the Chilean Customs (DUS) clearance and secures the earliest vessel departure.
Phase 4: Set Sail & Document Release
Timeline: 25–40 Days (Depending on destination port)
Vehicle departs for the US. Upon sailing, you will receive a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Once the 50% balance is settled, we dispatch the original document folder (B/L, Invoice, and Title) via DHL to ensure a smooth pickup at your local port.
